Important information for our patients. Please take a few moments to review the following comprehensive, administrative procedures we have gathered for you to optimize patient flow. Our expert orthopedic team will assist and guide you before, during, and after your surgery. For additional questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at (407) 977-4130.
In an effort to support and improve patient care coordination, please advise the hospital and/or Emergency Room staff that you are a patient of Ronald V. Hudanich, DO; Robert J. Meuret, MPT, MD or Brian J. Vickaryous, MD; if you are admitted to a hospital, transferred to another facility, or when seen in a hospital emergency room due to an orthopedic surgery or other orthopedic related problem.
For one of our Doctors to take over your care from the Emergency Room (ER) or hospital you must request Dr. Hudanich, Dr. Meuret or Dr. Vickaryous, and therefore, we kindly ask that you or a family member notify us regardless of the hour when you have an encounter with any of the hospitals or Emergency Room’s we are affiliated with.
Our answering service will contact us after hours and our practice care management team will be available to assist you.
